7 Wonders Companion App Reviews

For an app that only helps with scoring the 7 Wonders board game and cost $$ it should be kept up to date. I would love nothing more then to give it 5 Stars as it works beautifully with the base game and the first 3 expansions of the game, Leaders, Cities and Wonder Pack. There is now a new expansion the app currently does not support and is a little frustrating. Months have gone by at this point and it still has not been updated.

Babel please!

Please add the ability to score for 8 players with the Cities expansion. Otherwise, its a great app!

This is a wonderful app. The only reasons I gave 3 stars is the lack of support for the latest expansion Babel. Because of that it is missing a way to count Babel points as well as missing the Babel player boards.

This is a great app, but really needs to sync to icloud so that my iphone and ipad stay in sync. Additionally it is now several expansions out of date.

Hoping for an update to include Babel Expansion!

We have been playing a lot of 7 Wonders this Christmas (great game, btw!), but felt the scoring was a bit too troublesome so looked for an app. I was happy to find the official companion app, which claimed to include scoring perfectly adapted to the game. However, the scoring functionality is quite weak. First, you have to jump through a forest of unnecessary settings to get to the scoring. Next, the scoring is quite cumbersome (e.g. Instead of telling each player to give you the sum of their blue cards you have to enter the number of cards with a given score (2x4p, 1x5p, etc)). Third, the wonder section of the scoring is wrong for the version of the board game we have, meaning we cannot use the functionality of inputing the specific wonders for scoring, and we cannot change the wonder setting. What is left is basically a well-hidden, cumbersome calculator with restrictions. There are added features in this companion app (e.g. additional wonder, wonder selection), but when the basics are lacking that becomes irrelevant.

If this were updated to the babel expansion itd get maybe a 4.. Theres also a typo with Stonehenge in the rules explanation.. One side says 2 VP and the other side also says 2 VP when it should be 1 VP with 1 gold..

I bought this app last night in hope of an iPad version of this amazing game. Today, I found out that I have been tricked into paying for a game scorer. I am rating this app 1 star because of the cruelty in it. It will be appreciated if you give me a proper version or my money back.

Any word on when this is coming out?

I will rate this app 5 stars when it supports the Babel expansion that was released almost 2 years ago. Come on.

My family and I are loving the game as well as the app which is a breeze to use and makes scoring much easier. But Im extremely disappointed the app hasnt been updated to support the babel or duels expansions for 7 wonders so Im rating it a 2, otherwise it would be a 5.

Love the app makes it more fun to add points and saves your data toward future games I think thats awesome but it lacking the expansion Babel ?! I wish you would update it for that so I can score correctly and enjoy the game more plus please come out for more expansions or cards thanks ! ! Awesome game worth 5 stars til then only a 3 .

This was once a great scoring application but without adding Babel to the app, it is less than worthless to me. Implement Babel and this will score a 5/5 from me, until then, a 1/5 it will remain.

Great app. Makes totaling up the victory points very easy, especially with the sciences. HOWEVER this was last updated in 2013 and there has been an additional expansion since then. So we dont have a way to total up the points for 7 Wonders: Babel. Also the app tends to crash when opening up the Cupertino section. -1 star for being out of date and -1 star for crashing.
